Delivery and Returns
We aim to deliver within 3 to 5 working days (excluding bank holidays) of receipt of your order. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee that every item is in stock permanently. If an item is out of stock, we will notify you as quickly as possible to establish whether you wish to proceed with your remaining order and whether you would like to replace the unavailable item with any other.
Standard mainland UK DELIVERY is a FLAT SHIPPING RATE of £6.95, or £9.50 for blankets/quilts/rugs/cushions.
The Charpoy is delighted to offer FREE SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS within the UK OVER £200.
Please note all the delivery charges are subject to change should the weight or size of the parcel require further postage to be paid. We will contact you before dispatching your parcel should this be the case.
Any products purchased at our normal full retail price may be returned to us for refund or exchange within 7 days of receipt of delivery in its original packaging and in the condition you received it. Please return faulty goods as soon you become aware of the fault. Sale items or products purchased under ‘Special Promotions’ that involve a reduction in price from the normal retail price must be returned within 7 days of receipt. Please return faulty goods as soon as you become aware of the fault.
Please note all goods will be inspected on return. All used and worn goods or handled inappropriately, or returned outside of the 7 day returns period will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer. We cannot refund the postage and you will have to pay for the return postage.
